Overview
Leveraging design principles and research, these exercises serve as practical demonstrations of applying various design laws in UI/UX layouts crafted within Figma.
Aesthetic-Usability Effect #1: A visually appealing design elicits a positive response in users' brains, fostering the perception that the design functions more effectively. I crafted a visually pleasing shipment status profile intending to instill confidence in usability during the product order check-up.
Goal-Gradient Effect #2: As users approach task completion, their pace accelerates. By incorporating progressive tiers of running progress through the gradient effect, users are more likely to sustain motivation and maintain consistency.

Hick’s Law #3: Streamline choices when response times are crucial to reduce decision time. On the app's startup page, I present users with a singular decision – inputting their names. This simplicity and efficiency precede seamless navigation to the next page.
